We are opening 18 exclusive Founding Partner spots at €10,000 each. This capital raise bypasses commercial banks to fund a highly specific, sustainable blueprint: a custom family home, an underground gravity-fed aging cellar, and a 100% solar-powered chambre d’hôte.

Our classic sweet spot. Accelerated cellar building paired with a steady annual cash stream.
