Our first attempt at fermenting white varieties on their skins, like you would make red wine. This wine has a lovely orange hue and as expected has a marmalade type aroma. The palate, unexpectantly, has a lovely burst of fresh acidity with cloves and some caramel. The wine is alive and crisp. A lovely food friendly wine.
- Cépages – 50% Marsanne 50% Roussanne
- Alcool – 12.5%
- Best served with shrimp taglitelle or a smoked mature cheese.
