Join us to mark the awakening of the vines! March 20th is more than just a date on the calendar; it is the Spring Equinox. This is the precise moment when day and night are of equal length, officially signaling the start of the most beautiful season of the year.
We invite you to a total immersion between the vines and the glass to celebrate this spring renewal.
Your Day’s Program (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM):
11:00 AM | The Equinox Walk: A guided exploration of our plots to observe the first signs of spring and understand the vital role of biodiversity in our organic farming approach.
12:30 PM | Lunch & Extensive Tasting: Savor the moment. We will continue the day with a convivial lunch, paired with an extensive tasting of our organic wines. This is a unique opportunity to explore the full Sarabande range and experience the authentic expression of our terroir.
Practical Details
Price: €30 per person (includes the walk, lunch, and full wine tasting).
What to Wear: Spring has arrived, but the earth is still waking up! Please bring appropriate outdoor clothing and comfortable walking shoes or boots for the stroll through the vineyards.
Timing: Meet at the estate at 11:00 AM sharp. We will wrap up around 3:00

The summer heat is finally winding down, and autumn is bringing a spectacular burst of color to the hills of Cabrerolles. If you’ve been waiting for the crisp air and golden light, now’s the time to come out and see the schist soils of Faugères wrapped in their vibrant fall foliage.

Nature is putting on a real show right now—the vineyard leaves are turning fiery shades of red, orange, and gold, and the air is filled with that unmistakable post-harvest fresh soil aroma. It’s easily my favorite time of year to take a balade among the vines.

Isla and I would love for you to join us on Saturday the 24th for a proper autumn wander, followed by a cozy look at what we’ve been up to in the cellar.

The Plan

• When: Saturday, October 24th | 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

• The Walk: We’ll head out for a guided stroll through the golden vineyards to soak in the autumn views and see those 350-million-year-old rocks under the softer light.

• The Tasting: We’ll head back to the winery to warm up and get stuck into the latest Sarabande releases—including a few bottle-aged favorites and new stuff we’re really excited about.

• The Lunch: A relaxed, comforting two-course lunch served right at the domaine with plenty of wine to go around.

The Damage €35.00 per person (covers the guided walk, full lunch, and all the wine).

It’s a great chance to catch up, take in the stunning autumn scenery, and taste the fruits of our labor. We’d love to see you there, but spaces are a bit limited so make sure to grab your spot early!
