Sarabande Appellation Series

2022 Sarabande Misterioso
This wine has a rich and deep ripe cherry appearance. The aromas are black baked in the oven cherries, roasted peanuts, leather and nutmeg spices. The palate is still dominated by cherries but there are some pretty characters of strawberries, dried herbs and pepper combined with fine tannins. The wine ends up dry but a balanced acidity helps to lengthen the palate.
